If you charge the wrong currency to your address at HiBTC:
- Please contact customer service in time to tell what happened to you, provide with your account number, recharged wrongly currency, address, txid (very important), and a screenshot with recharging information, we will reply in a time, and determine whether conform to the requirements to get it back.
- If it is possible to retrieve your wrong currency, we need to install or upgrade the wallet software, and export and import the private key, etc. Only highly authoritied personnel can perform the operations and rigorous risk control audits is required. The whole process takes at least one month or more, please wait patiently.
